FRUIT SEEDLINGS OF PLUM CACANSKA BEAUTY

Plum fruit seedlings from Čačak are of domestic origin, created at the Institute of Fruit Growing in Čačak, and in 1975 they were recognized as a variety. It ripens in late July and early August. Its fruits are medium-sized, ovoid, with a longitudinal groove. They are dark blue in color, sour in taste and juicy, firm, green-yellow flesh (medium-sized stone is easily separated from the flesh). In Serbia, it is represented by 6% of trees in the nursery production of plums, and it is also grown in several European countries – Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Bulgaria.
