FRUIT SEEDLINGS PLUM CACANSKA BEST

The fruit seedlings of the plum from Čačak are the best domestic variety, which was recognized in 1975. Although it is grown sporadically in Serbia, the right to grow it was bought by Slovakia and Germany. It ripens in the third decade of August, the fruit on the branch can survive for more than two weeks without losing quality. It is very large and ball-shaped, and the juicy and firm flesh has a sweet-sour taste and is yellow in color. This variety bears abundantly, is resistant to diseases, suitable for freezing, drying and production of brandy, and therefore belongs to the quality table plums.
