ITALIAN RIESLING VINE COIL
The vine coil of the Italian Riesling wine variety (Italian Riesling, Graševina, Grašac, Laško Riesling) is of insufficiently clear origin. According to some sources, it is a Western European variety, and according to old domestic sources, it is identified with the autochthonous variety Grašac, which was grown on Fruška gora in the pre-phylloxera period. It is currently the leading wine variety in the entire Pannonian Plain.
The vine is of medium lushness. The leaf is of medium size, five-parted. The cluster is small, cylindrical, with a wing. The berries are small, round, with a clearly prominent navel, greenish-yellow, juicy.
Maturation period: end of September
