The variety was selected in California (USA). There are no other synonyms. It is very common in all vineyards of Serbia and Montenegro.
It is characterized by a very lush vine, has a hermaphroditic flower, fertilization is somewhat weaker if there is a rainy period during flowering.The berries are very large, round, with a purple-red skin. cluster large or very large mass of 200 to 600g sometimes and more.It is a very productive variety, the yield of grapes varies from 20,000 to 25,000 kg / ha.
The grapes ripen very early. Cheese contains 14 – 18% sugar and 4 to 5 g / l total acids. The grapes are very tasty for fresh consumption, they are excellent for transport.
