INCENSE BLACK AND WHITE
Incense is an old tame type of grapevine. It has a special taste and smell (it can be felt a few meters when it is ripe), hence the name. It begins to ripen in mid-September, and on mature grains the epidermis shoots. The full taste and smell (almost smoky) can be felt only when the fruit is fully ripe and when it reaches full sweetness, and that is somewhere in the middle of October. The fruit is dark purple in color, the grains are almost regular balls, 10-15 mm in size, and sometimes even up to 20.
This grape is used to make the wine of the same name. From the fruit of incense, white wines can be found on the market, but little is known that there is also black incense. we offer black and white incense.
Maturation period: end of September
