MUSCAT OTONEL WINE VARIETY
Muscat otonel is a graft of wine variety originating from Hungary. It is grown in Vojvodina, and sporadically in central Serbia. The cluster is small, cylindrical-conical, weighing 100-150g. The berry is small, round, of medium thickness, yellow-green in color. It ripens early, at the end of the first epoch. It accumulates up to 24% of sugar, in the suvarka phase up to 30%. It has a little acid: 5-7g / l. It produces top quality Muscat wines that are often used to repair the taste and aroma of other wine varieties. Since it ripens early, looks and smells nice, it can also be found on the local markets as a table variety.
Maturation period: end of September
